Carley is one of the team’s friendly dental assistants. After finishing school for dental assisting in 2008, she spent 10 years working for a general dentist in Midlothian. Her desire to gain more knowledge and experience in dentistry lead her to join our team. She loves getting to help others while working in a setting with like-minded people. Carley grew up in the Richmond-Varina area, where she still resides with her husband, their dog and 3 cats. In her free time, she enjoys yoga, watching movies, baking, and spending time outdoors.
Debbie is one of our awesome dental assistants. You can usually find her assisting Dr. Sedwick in our Mechanicsville location. She has been in dentistry since 1984, with over 17 years of experience working in endodontics. At work, Debbie most enjoys taking care of her patients and making sure they are as comfortable as possible. When she is not at work, she loves spending time with her husband, five children, and five grandchildren. “I love being part of an amazing team”.
Jessica joined ECE in February of 2020 after doing home health care. You can find her in our Short Pump location working alongside Dr. Sarnowski. “What I love about dentistry/endo is the opportunity to learn something new every day, working with a great team and meeting awesome new patients every day!” In her free time, she likes to listen to classic rock, Motown and oldies, she loves painting and learning to play new instruments. Jessica lives in Henrico county with her dog and cat.
Kelley is one of the two friendly faces you’ll find in our Mechanicsville location assisting Dr. Sedwick. Kelley joined ECE in 2020, but has been working in the field of Endodontics since 2012. “I enjoy endodontics because every case is different”. When she isn’t working, you can find her taking her two fur babies Brinn & Bellevue to the park.
Dora has been an endodontic assistant for over 12 years and truly enjoys taking care of her patients and making them feel comfortable. Her unforgettable laugh will put anyone at ease. She strives to continue her education and stays at the cusp of new technology. When she’s not working, she enjoys traveling and spending time near the ocean. She is a member of multiple associations in the equestrian world and enjoys competing in horse shows.
Patient Care Coordinator
Jeanette is our team’s patient coordinator. Her smile is sure to catch your eye when you arrive. She currently resides in Chesterfield County with her husband, her two daughters, her kitty cat, and dog. Jeanette loves to help patients feel at east as soon as they walk through the door, and loves getting to be a part of such an amazing team!
Patient Care Coordinator
Evan joined the practice in February of 2021 after starting a career in Dental Patient Care at VCU. Evan’s is one of the smiling faces you’ll see when you enter our Short Pump location. “I love being a part of a practice that truly feels like a family”. Evan currently resides in Henrico County with her significant other, Jeff, and two dogs, Dante and Harper. In her free time, Evan enjoys shopping at Farmers Markets, tubing on the James, spending time with friends and family, or reading a good book! Fun Fact: Evan’s name came from her Great Grandmother’s maiden name. She would have been Evan whether she had been a boy or a girl!
Professional Relations Coordinator
Lindsay is the team’s Professional Relations Coordinator. She is usually the first of many smiling faces you see in our office. Lindsay grew up in Hanover and currently resides there with her husband, their three children, two dogs and a cat. In her free time, Lindsay enjoys working in her garden, reading a good book, and spending as much time as she can near the ocean. She loves being a part of such an amazing team. “It’s an incredible feeling to come to work every day and love your team and what you do”.
Michelle is our team’s Insurance Coordinator. She knows how to maximize your insurance benefits to ensure you get the most out of your dental plan. Her goal is to make each patient feel as comfortable as possible about their treatment. Michelle resides in Hanover County with her husband and her kitty cat, Finn. In her free time, Michelle enjoys shopping, and visiting her daughter in North Carolina.
