We believe you deserve access to expert root canal and endodontic care- without financial uncertainty. East Coast Endodontics provides clear payment policies, accepts several insurance plans, and offers flexible financing options so you can move forward with treatment confidently. 

Payment Policies

• Full payment is expected on the day of treatment.
• We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
• Any patient portion not covered by insurance is due at the time of service.

Insurance & Claims

• As a courtesy, we will submit claims to your primary insurance company.
• Insurance coverage is determined by your individual plan and is not guaranteed.
• Patients are responsible for any balance not covered by insurance.

Payment Plans & Financing

• We offer CareCredit® for patients who would like to spread the cost of treatment over time with approved financing.
• Our team is happy to help you apply for CareCredit or answer questions about coverage before your appointment.

Insurance Estimates & Financial Responsibility

We do our best to provide you with the most accurate treatment estimate possible based on information obtained from your insurance company. However, insurance estimates are not a guarantee of payment and are subject to final determination by your insurance provider.

You are responsible for all fees charged by our office, regardless of your insurance coverage. Any estimated co-payment, coinsurance, or deductible is due at the time of service and will be collected at the beginning of your appointment.

As a courtesy, East Coast Endodontics will submit a claim to your primary insurance company for services rendered. Any portion of your treatment not covered by insurance is your responsibility. Please note that any insurance claim not paid within thirty (30) days becomes the patient’s responsibility.

It is important to keep our office informed of any changes to your insurance plan. If you have questions regarding your coverage or this policy, our team is happy to assist.

Credit Card Processing Fee

A 3% processing fee is applied to in-office credit card payments.

This does not apply to:

• Debit cards
• HSA or FSA cards
• Payments made online through our secure patient payment portal

Our team will always review payment options with you so you can choose the method that works best for you.

We are pleased to offer CareCredit® as a convenient financing option for patients who prefer to spread the cost of treatment over time.
