Endodontic Specialists

Carley is one of our Short Pump team’s friendly dental assistants. After finishing school for dental assisting in 2008, she spent 10 years working for a general dentist in Midlothian. Her desire to gain more knowledge and experience in dentistry lead her to join our team. She loves getting to help others while working in a setting with like-minded people. Carley grew up in the Richmond-Varina area, where she still resides with her husband, their dog and 4 cats. In her free time, she enjoys yoga, watching movies, baking, and spending time outdoors.
Fun fact about Carley…She is the talent behind the delicious goodness that is Carleybakes RVA.

Debbie is one of our awesome Endodontic Assistants. You can find Debbie assisting Dr. Sedwick in our Mechanicsville location. She has been in dentistry since 1984 with over 17 years of experience in endodontics. At work, Debbie most enjoys taking care of her patients and making sure they are as comfortable as possible. When she is not at work, she loves spending time with her husband, children and grandchildren.

Jessica joined our team in February of 2020 after doing home health care. You can find her in our Short Pump location working alongside Dr. Sarnowski. In her free time, she likes to listen to classic rock, Motown and oldies, she loves painting and learning to play new instruments. Jessica lives in Mechanicsville with her boyfriend and two cats.

Kelley is one of the two friendly faces you’ll find in our Mechanicsville location assisting Dr. Sedwick. Kelley joined ECE in 2020, but she has been working in the field of Endodontics since 2012. When she isn’t working, you can find her taking her fur children for long walks in the park.
Fun Fact about Kelley…She has been a licensed cosmetologist since 2006!

Dora has been an endodontic assistant for over 12 years and truly enjoys taking care of her patients and making them feel comfortable. You can find her in our Midlothian office assisting Dr. Jesse Harris. Her unforgettable laugh will put anyone at ease. She strives to continue her education and stays at the cusp of new technology. When she’s not working, she enjoys traveling and spending time near the ocean.
Fun fact about Dora…She is a member of multiple associations in the equestrian world and enjoys competing in horse shows.

Jeanette is the Patient Care Coordinator in our Midlothian location. Her smile is sure to catch your eye when you arrive. She currently resides in Powhatan County with her husband, their two daughters, her kitty cat and dog. Jeanette loves to help patients feel at ease as soon as they walk through the door.

Evan joined our practice in February of 2021 after starting a career in Dental Patient Care at VCU. Evan is one of the smiling faces you’ll see when you enter our Short Pump location. Evan currently resides in Henrico County with her husband, Jeff and their two dogs, Dante and Harper. In her free time, Evan enjoys shopping at Farmers Markets, tubing on the James, spending time with friends and family or reading a good book!
Fun fact about Evan…Evan’s name is a family name, and she would’ve been Evan whether she was a girl or a boy!

Lindsay is the team’s Professional Relations Coordinator. She is one of the many smiling faces you see in our Short Pump office. Lindsay grew up in Hanover and currently resides there with her husband, their three children, two dogs and a cat. In her free time, Lindsay enjoys working in her flower garden, reading a good book, and spending as much time as she can near the ocean. She loves being a part of such an amazing team.

Michelle is our team’s Insurance Coordinator. She knows how to maximize your insurance benefits to ensure you get the most out of your dental plan. Her goal is to make each patient feel as comfortable as possible about their treatment. Michelle resides in Goochland with her husband and her cats, Milo and Finn. In her free time, Michelle enjoys shopping and visiting her daughter in North Carolina.
Fun fact about Michelle…she has an identical twin sister who is also in the dental field.

Sierra is one of the amazing Patient Care Coordinators that you’ll find in our Short Pump location. Sierra joined our team in 2023 and we couldn’t be happier! She resides in Henrico County with her husband Spencer and her two dogs, Arden and Adrian. In her spare time, she loves to read and play the Sims.
Fun fact about Sierra…she is a huge SWIFTIE and knows all the lyrics to every T. Swift song.

Laura is one of the wonderful Patient Care Coordinators in our Mechanicsville office. She has over 20 years of experience in the dental field. Laura resides on a hobby farm with her husband (who was her high school sweetheart) and their two children. In her spare time, she loves to read, travel and cheer on her favorite sports teams. GO CAPS!
Fun fact about Laura…She is a roller coaster junkie!

Jenn is one of the friendly Patient Care Coordinators you’ll see when you walk in our Mechanicsville office. Jenn comes to join our team with over 10 years experience in the dental field. She lives in Mechancsville with her family, 2 cats, a mouse and a hermit crab. When she’s not at the office, you can find Jenn having “Mommy/Daughter” days crafting, baking or just relaxing with her daughter Maddie.
Fun fact about Jenn… She loves horror movies and British TV shows.
